Born in Ukraine at the State Library of Württemberg

The poster project Born in Ukraine, containing posters of students of the Graphic Design EPP created under the guidance of Volodymyr Lesnyak, Professor of the Department of Graphic Design, continues its movement in the European cultural space.

The exhibition of posters Born in Ukraine was held from 02.05 to 02.07.23 in the State Library of Württemberg (German: Württembergische Landesbibliothek or WLB), one of the largest libraries in Germany (the funds number about 5 million copies), located in Stuttgart,the capital of the federal state of Baden-Württemberg.

The library has 270 years of history and is located opposite the Parliament.

About 1300 visitors visit the library every day.

The city of Stuttgart itself, in terms of its concentration of population, cash flow and production, is included in the European metropolis Blue Banana.

In historical retrospect, Stuttgart is the home of such German geniuses as Georg Hegel, Friedrich Schiller, Wilhelm Hauff and Friedrich Hölderlin.

Stuttgart is the third location of the Born in Ukraine project.

The project was shown in Detmold, North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as in Dresden, Saxony.

«Народжені в Україні» в місті «коней та Мерседесів» ️

Продовжує підкорювати європейський простір проєкт «Народжені в Україні» від студентів ОПП «Графічний дизайн» під керівництвом Володимира Лесняка, професора кафедри графічного дизайну.

23.06.2023 року виставка плакатів «Народжені в Україні» відкрилася у Вюртемберзькій бібліотеці − найбільшій бібліотеці Німеччини, що знаходиться в Штутґарті, столиці федеральної землі Баден-Вюртемберг.

Саме місто Штутґарт за своєю концентрацією населення, грошового оберту та виробництва входить до європейського мегаполіса «Блакитний банан».

В історичній ретроспективі Штутґарт − домівка німецьких геніїв Георга Гегеля, Фрідріха Шиллера, Вілгельма Гауффа та Фрідріха Гельдерліна.

Бібліотека має 270-річну історію та розташована напроти Парламенту. Щоденно бібліотеку відвідують близько 1300 відвідувачів.

Штутґарт − вже третя локація проєкту «Народжені в Україні». Проєкт демонструвався в Детмольді, ПівнічнийРейн-Вестфалія, а також у Дрездені, Саксонія.
